Refund policy

Our satisfaction promise

You read and edit the lyrics for free before buying. If you do not love your song, email us at hello@songhearts.com:

1. Within 30 days of purchase we re-record the song for free, for example with corrected pronunciation or changed lyrics.
2. Within 14 days of payment you can also ask for a full refund to your original payment method, with or without a re-recording first. Our payment provider can only process refunds within 14 days of payment.

This promise is voluntary and applies in addition to your statutory rights. Refunds are usually processed within a few business days.

Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise it, inform us with a clear statement (for example an email) that you wish to withdraw:

Orders are sold and processed by our online reseller and merchant of record, Waffo.com Limited, which also handles payments, invoices and order-related inquiries and refunds together with us.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.

Early expiry for digital content

The right of withdrawal ends early for digital content not supplied on a physical medium once we have started performance, if you expressly agreed that we start before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent with the checkbox at checkout.
