1. Who we are
These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. The provider is:

Orders are sold and processed by our online reseller and merchant of record, Waffo.com Limited, which also handles payments, invoices and order-related inquiries and refunds together with us.
2. The service
From your answers (name, occasion, story, style, voice, language) we create lyrics and a sung song with artificial intelligence. We currently use Gemma 4 (Google), via Cloudflare Workers AI for lyrics and Mureka (Skywork AI) for music and vocals. The song is digital content; nothing is shipped.
- Before buying, you can read and edit the lyrics for free. The song is recorded after payment.
- After payment you receive, depending on the package, the full song (usually two to three minutes) in two versions, the lyrics, an audio download and a share link. Premium adds two re-recordings with edited lyrics and a printable lyrics poster.
- The song is delivered on a private page reachable only via your personal link. We keep paid songs available for at least 24 months. Please download your file.
AI vocals are not a human singer. Pronunciation, emphasis and sound may differ from what you expect, which is why we re-record the song for free if something is off (section 8). With AI music, similar-sounding melodies in other songs cannot be fully ruled out.
3. Ordering
By clicking the pay button you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed and we unlock your song. Payments are processed by an external payment provider. If that provider acts as merchant of record (reseller), its terms shown during checkout also apply to the payment.
4. Prices and payment
The prices shown at the time of the order apply. Prices include applicable taxes. It is a one-time payment; no subscription is created.
5. Your input and allowed content
You confirm that your input does not infringe anyone’s rights and follows our acceptable use policy. In particular, imitating real artists, existing lyrics, content about public figures, and sexual, violent or discriminatory content are not allowed. We check input automatically and may refuse orders or block songs that break these rules. For children’s songs, please only enter a first name.
6. Usage rights
You may use the paid song and lyrics for personal purposes without time limit: give them as a gift, play them at private events, share them with family and friends and post them on your own social media. You may not register the song with royalty societies or content-ID systems, present it as your exclusive work, or resell it. AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright; we do not guarantee exclusivity.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal, which ends early for digital content under the legal conditions. See our refund policy for details. Our voluntary satisfaction promise applies in addition.
8. Satisfaction and warranty
If something is wrong, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we re-record the song for free. Within 14 days of payment you can also ask for a full refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
10. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in consumer arbitration proceedings.
